Baltimore, Maryland – AGM Commercial Real Estate Advisors, LLC has again been named as a recipient of the prestigious Costar Power Broker Award in the Baltimore region. This is the third time in the firm's three-year history that it has reached such a high level of performance. The award, which sets AGM among Baltimore's elite commercial real estate firms, recognizes the top 10 firms based on transaction volume.

The Costar Power Broker Awards are presented annually by the CoStar Group, Inc., the number-one provider of information services to the commercial real estate industry, and Real Estate Forum magazine.  By tracking nearly all commercial real estate transactions in the United States, CoStar is able to gauge firm performance and base the award program strictly on a company's transactional volume.
