One Year Old Firm Recognized for Work in Baltimore Market

Baltimore, Maryland, April 12, 2007 — AGM Commercial Real Estate Advisors, LLC has been named as a recipient of the prestigious Costar Power Broker Awards in the Baltimore region. The award, which sets AGM among Baltimore's elite commercial real estate firms, comes only one year after AGM opened for business.

The Costar Power Broker Awards are presented annually by the CoStar Group, Inc., the number-one provider of information services to the commercial real estate industry, and Real Estate Forum magazine. By tracking nearly all commercial real estate transactions in the United States, CoStar is able to gauge firm performance and base the award program strictly on a company's transactional volume.
