Baltimore, Maryland, September 28, 2006 – Gregory Friedman of AGM Commercial Real Estate Advisors, LLC has negotiated the signing of a 17,019 square foot lease between Signal Perfection, Ltd. (Tenant) and First Potomac Realty Trust (Landlord), at 9160 Rumsey Road in Columbia, MD. 

Gregory Friedman represented the Tenant, while First Potomac was represented in-house by Michele Salvino.
