Baltimore, Maryland, June 5, 2006 –Gregory Friedman of AGM Commercial Real Estate Advisors, LLC has negotiated the signing of a 19,200 square foot lease between National Fidelity Mortgage (Tenant) and St. Johns Properties (Landlord), at 505 Progress Drive in Linthicum, MD. Gregory Friedman represented the Tenant.

The relocation will consolidate various operations for National Fidelity Mortgage. The new corporate headquarters will employ over 100 people immediately, with the potential to expand up to 150 people within the next 24 to 36 months. Founded in 1998, National Fidelity Mortgage has become a recognized national mortgage lender and has been featured in Inc 500 Magazine as one of America’s 500 fastest- growing privately-held businesses. The consolidation includes the relocation of the current headquarters in Baltimore City, as well as support operations in Columbia, MD.
