Baltimore, Maryland, May 3, 2006 - Gregory Friedman of AGM Commercial Real Estate Advisors, LLC has negotiated the signing of a 9,000 square foot lease between Promark Technology, Inc. (Tenant) and Creative Developments, LLC (Landlord), at 10900 Pump House Road in Annapolis Junction, MD. 

Gregory Friedman represented the Tenant, and Allan Cornell of NAI Michael Company represented the Landlord.
