Baltimore, Maryland, January 7, 2008 – Gregory Friedman of AGM Commercial Real Estate Advisors, LLC has negotiated the signing of a 134,589 square foot lease between Guardian Moving and Storage, Inc. (Tenant) and First Potomac Management (Landlord), at 2000 Enterprise Parkway in Norfolk, VA.
