Baltimore, Maryland, January 5, 2007 – Gregory Friedman of AGM Commercial Real Estate Advisors, LLC along with Scott Douglass of Corridor Reznick has negotiated the signing of an 80,250 square foot lease between Pennysaver Group, Inc. (Tenant) and RREEF (Landlord), at 1342 Charwood Road in Hanover, MD. 

Gregory Friedman and Scott Douglass represented the Tenant. Ben Meisels and John Roe of Trammell Crow represented the Landlord.
